Primitive reflexes are automatic movement patterns that support early development and typically become integrated as a child’s nervous system matures. When these patterns persist, they may be associated with challenges such as coordination, posture, attention, regulation, or handwriting.
At PEAK Therapy, we utilize the Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration (MNRI®) Method and consider reflex patterns as part of a child’s overall evaluation and care. We take a whole-child approach, looking at how your child moves, learns, plays, and participates in everyday life.

We bring pediatric occupational therapy to the places where life happens, building strong foundations for growth and development through a whole-child approach. By including parents and caregivers, we help make progress meaningful, practical, and connected to everyday life.

PEAK is private pay. Superbills are available on request for possible out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards are generally accepted.
